Looks lovely plays lovely but has took a while to sort playlist out

Unfortunately I had to return this item, it wouldn't recognise the SD card, even after formatting which took some doing, so I tried another SD card full of music from my other player which is the exact same player but a bit older model and it still wouldn't play, shame because I wanted to have a newer model

I bought two devices. I managed to get one set up but it experiences frequent crashes and the Tidal app does not load. I intend to factory format and return. With the other device, I am stuck in setup and cannot complete, abort or factory reset. Unfortunately, I had already entered WiFi details, my child's Google account details and mine. I'm stuck on what to do next. If I manage to factory reset, I will return the device otherwise I will pursue a refund without returning it.My advice to those considering purchasing this: Don't.

Got this mp3 player, well made but Bluetooth kept dropping out, wired headphones ok sound, but linked t my blutooth majority sound bard and each time you moved device it dropped out or spluttered, also the system is very slow and sluggish , I’ve had better players for cheaper, it’s been sent back

It’s a total nightmare trying to get it to work. Only good for the radio
