This an amazing chair, I bought the chair for my dad. It was easy to put together & the chair is very comfortable. This chair massages, heat messages & will rock like a rocking chair. My dad uses his chair every single day. Every feature works.

Don't make the same mistake I did.
Customer service aside, the quality control on this product is appalling. I've had it for barely three months, and it's already making strange noises and the remote control is malfunctioning. Trying to get it fixed is a hassle, and the local repair shops won't even touch it. I'm stuck with a pricey piece of junk that doesn't do what it's supposed to. Don't make the same mistake I did.

La calidad y el diseño es de primera, tenía mis dudas, pero no tiene nada que pedirle a uno del doble de precio, falta ver que tal se comporta después de un año o dos de uso pero la primera impresión fue magnífica.
