This lead tape is exactly 5g per inch, exactly per the description. It’s easy to cut and apply. The sticky side has excellent grip. Just make sure you clean the edge of your paddle first. I applied this tape to two of my paddles. It’s easy to work with and lays down smooth. I can really dial in the exact desired weight and place it where I want it. I covered the lead tape with basic electrical tape, which is about 0.5-1 mm wider than the lead tape, which does not come with this product.
