Makes your skin nice and soft and has a wonderful, nostalgic smell.
This Dr Organic rosehip oil comes in a 50ml bottle that is fitted with a dropper so that it is easier to get a fairly consistent quantity. The oil is a medium orangey yellow and moderately viscous. It has a smell that has a caramelly overtone as part of the overall smell which is very pleasant and if you can remember rosehip syrup from the last century, it is exactly the same.It is meant for applying to your skin, either on its own or mixed in with other oils or carriers but on its own, it does make your skin nice and soft.

I mix 50/50 with the contents of a Vitamin E pill and use on really dry spots.
Item being reviewed: DR ORGANIC Rosehip Facial Oil, 50 milliliters (Pack of 1) | Rejuvenate, Nourish | Certified Organic, Vegan, Cruelty Free.Price at time of order / review: £10.99.I like to take a sewing needle (or the tip of a paperclip) and pierce a Vitamin E gelcap. Then I take a drop or two of it and rub it into really dry spots on my skin. The VitE in this form has a consistency similar to honey which I much prefer to the runny oil consistency found in bottles. Now, I mention this because I've been doing this for YEARS and it works great. My skin LOVES that stuff. But I wanted to experiment and see if I could find a mixture that worked even better for my skin. This is where this rosehip oil comes into the picture - it's one of my experiments. I've been using 50/50 of the two ingredients and the rosehip oil (which is also great for skin) makes it just that tad bit easier to rub into the skin and hasn't really changed the scent at all. (Neither really have much of a smell to me.) So far I've been really happy with this experiment except for the fact that the rosehip oil adds a bit of a funny color and I've had to make sure it's fully absorbed by the skin before letting that area touch anything because the color does transfer onto both skin and clothes. When I tried the rosehip oil by itself the color is even stronger. At this point I'm not sure if I'm going to continue using the rosehip oil or not due to the color issue even though my skin does like it. I just don't always have time to ensure it won't transfer onto something. I do however recommend that you give it a try because it has been really nice for my skin otherwise. I have found it cheaper elsewhere though, so do shop around first.

Moisturising And Rejuvenating Oil
I noticed some positive results after using this rosehip oil on my face skin. My skin became lighter and more elastic indicating better moisture level. The oil makes my skin look refreshed. I usually use this oil before bed and it makes my face look like I had the best night's sleep ever - the skin looks so bright!I didn’t have a negative impact from this oil, such as rash or skin irritation. I did not notice a significant impact on wrinkles but perhaps I need to use this product for longer. 5/5 stars.

Pure and natural
It’s 100% pure and natural, high in Vitamin C, and does a good job of moisturizing and rejuvenating the skin. I also like that it’s vegan, cruelty-free, and certified organic. The bottle size is decent for the price, and the oil absorbs well without being too greasy. However, the scent is a bit strong, which might not be for everyone, and the oil can feel slightly heavy for oily skin types.

An oil with many reputed properties
This bottle of Rosehip oil comes sized at £50ml for £10.58, I compared prices elsewhere and this is a really well priced. I’ve never used Rosehip oil before so am unable to compare the quality what I can say is this particular brand promises to fully certified organic. The ingredients are 100% Rosehip seed oil. Not from rose petals so don’t expect a rosy smell, the oil is clear orange in colour and it is what I would call a dry oil, it doesn’t feel that greasy. Apparently the darker the Rosehip oil the less refined and the better the quality. Comes in a sealed darkened glass bottle to help preserve the oil. Once opened we are supposed to use it within 12 months before the oil starts to breakdown, I’m unable to find a before date on the bottle.Easy to apply, comes with a handy glass pipette fixed into the lid for mess free application. Using Rosehip on the face has many reputed benefits. It helps reduce inflammation so worth a try as this is a regular problem for me as I suffer from eczema. It has moisturizing properties and because it is naturally rich in vitamin A it is said to reduce hyperpigmentation also said to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Can be applied directly onto skin or mixed into a plain inexpensive face cream. I use at night time as although it is a light oil I still think it is too heavy for day time use especially during the summer months.

Feels nice, not so keen on scent
This product feels nice on the skin. It has a nice consistency and absorbs well without greasiness. It does leave the skin feeling soft and nourished. The pippette makes it easy to use without spills. The only downside for me is that I’m not keen on the scent. That said, it isn’t strong and fades quickly.

organic rosehip oil
I really like rosehip oil for skincare and use it a lot in my blends and this is a nice quality one, just a slight aroma to it and it goes on to the skin nicely and sinks in well, as it’s quite a ‘dry’ oil I like to blend it with jojoba oil and this is fantastic as a facial serum. I prefer to use organic oils where I can as I know there is likely to be no, or at least very little in the way of other chemicals such as pesticide residues in them, so this fits the bill brilliantly. The oil is in a dark amber glass bottle with a glass pippette dropper top which is ideal for dispensing exactly as much as you need. Great for adding in to a blend for a carrier oil to give extra skin benefits. Great product and will consider purchasing again.
