Double Arm Holding Clamp With Magnet Base (990FLXCLPD)

Just using the SE Tools 990FLXCLPD Flex Clamp a couple of times ; Makes me wonder why I did not look for this years ago !The powerful magnetic base is great in keeping the unit steady . Then you have the flex arms that will form almost any shape !Then add the clamp at each end and you have a great partner to hold almost any light object from moving !I have been using it to hold a coolant line for cutting steel on a band saw , and drill press .Also used it to hold a small flashlight under a truck while doing some work !Each arm will not hold more than 10 Oz. but that is all most people need for this type of work !

I ordered this product for my dad. He ties flies for fly fishing and only has use of one hand. He loves that it has a strong magnet that helps tight. He is able to tie flies much easier now! If you need this project for assistance to hold something i highly highly recommend it!

The base of the clamp is the only part of this clamp that is magnetic, but the magnet is very strong and holds securely in place. The clamps are fitted with rubber tips for great holding and work very well. The flexibility of the cable makes it easy to put it into any position needed to do the job. All in all this product is easy to use and works very well. It is was I was looking for to equip my electronic table.

I am using it to hold miniature war gaming models while I paint them and it's great. The clamps aren't 100% the best, but they work well enough and seem to be able to be replaced fairly easily.

Magnet is strong and it is nice to have two clamps. I didn't like the cheap plastic clamps, so I replace them with metal ones with rubber tips. This is why I gave it 4 stars.
