I suffer with bad anxiety and this tea helped me so much . It relaxed me did not make me sleepy . Loved the taste . I finished my first box in less than a week because it taste so good plus I stated recommended this to other . I had a good night sleep . It took around 4-6 minutes for me to feel relaxed. The item was ok but the box had been squashed inside envelope packaging so box is annihilated!!

This is a great quality tea. It really has a calming effect and I enjoy the flavor. It's slightly minty but in a subtler way than real mint tea. It's great at bedtime or whenever I want to take the edge off.

I love lemon balm! It pairs well with valerian root and passionflower. But this tea is just lemon balm and no flavors or fillers. Very tasty before bed.Some teas say add 2 teabags for a stronger tea, but this one does not. It seems to have plenty of lemon balm leaf in just one bag! Very relaxing.
