Well these battle ropes will give you that extra kick you need to get into shape. My first day working out with them.for 15 minutes had me extremely sore for a few days but it well worth it.

I do love my battle rope. It is a new item that allows you to really challenge yourself to the limit and push your body to the limit. Don’t cheat and you will see results.

Its exactly what you would expect
Its a good quality rope and it comes with an Anchor kit you can use to attach the rope to something. If you happen door anchor (they usually come with Resistance band kits) you can also use that to secure the rope to a door. The rope also comes with a removable sleeve that prevent friction against the anchor or anchor straps from damaging the rope.I do wish it came in the 2" size as the 1.5 might be too light for some people work out often .

Good product
I bought two for my martial arts school.My kickboxing ladies love it. It’s soft. Not too heavy, I like the black cover which won’t damage my floor mat.by the way price was reasonable. I searched on century martial arts Wholsele price... was way more.I am happy with product.

Exactly what it says it is. I got the 30’ length and it fits perfect in my garage gym. The anchor strap attaches to anything so tons of versatility as opposed to the fixed wall mounts. I use it to get the heart going before a workout or burnout after

Accurate description with Anchor Strap
I received the product for my garage gym and have been very pleased. Delivered as promised. The rope comes with a protective sleeve segment where you would attach the Anchor Strap. I initially didn't use the strap which was a mistake as the cover was wearing on the bar I had it wrapped around.Great product for a great price.

Remember you have to anchor the middle to use the two sides :) very happy with this rope, super fun, yet hard! Exactly what I wanted.

No anchor strap!
Everything is fine with this product... except for the fact that it DID NOT come with the anchor strap that was in the description and picture above, which was a huge part of why I made this purchase to begin with. Now I have to buy one separately and wait for it to arrive before I can take my workout to the next level.
