Fun to read! An excellent resource about grilling.
This is a must have cookbook for beginners or just anyone who are interested in grilling. I enjoyed reading this one, because it covered everything I need to know. I didn’t need to find another cookbook because this one is enough. From everything you need to know about different kinds of meat, like types of cuts, uses, best temperature and method. It also has tips, great techniques and the recipes! I really appreciate the inclusion of recipes for vegetarians. Also, those pictures made me hungry. I am craving for a juicy cheeseburger right now. Definitely recommended and will share this to my friends for our BBQ event!

Very well rounded cookbook
While I’m not a daily aficionado myself, as I delved into the pages of this book, I found myself not only inspired to try new recipes but also eager to invest in my own griddle someday. Although I was dreading the clean up duty, I’m so happy this type of grill doesn’t appear to give me that trouble and it’s super easy to get around to and just really focus on the actual food making without worrying about the aftermath.The biggest learning I got for this was actually the meat cut and its intricacies. I definitely have a new found respect for cooks for them to know how to properly do this all the time. The suggestions for recipes, especially for each cut, were great and I can’t wait to try each.With its blend of culinary expertise and practical guidance, this cookbook is a must-have for anyone passionate about grilling or even just to get familiar with it.
