Brilliant bike, very well built, easy to put together, quality build & most important superb battery life. Great fun to ride & has that boost when you need it!Will be putting road tyres on as don't use it for off road. Looks great as well, the matt black finish is very classy!

This bike is fantastic for build quality, looks and riding. no more struggling up hills, with responsive motor.Putting it together was easy, handlebars, seat, front wheel, peddles and lights back and front( multi tool included ), this is classed as entry level, but you wouldn’t think it, so if you are wanting to buy an e-bike, and don’t know which to choose, buy this, you will not be disappointed.( I changed the seat and added rear mudguard) in picture, nothing wrong with original seat, just preferred my old one.

Firstly I do like this bike, I'm 6’4" and don't need the saddle anywhere near it's highest setting although I did extend the handlebar stem by 10cm as I like a more upright seating position and a wider saddle. Any higher and the cables won't reach though! The tyres are really wide and take much longer than normal to inflate but good ride and grip. I liked that the headlight is wired to the main battery and wonder why the same can't be said for the tail light. I also wonder why it comes devoid of mad guards or a rear reflector when lights are included but the rear reflector is a legal requirement in the UK and can be picked up for £2 in Halfords. I like the multi tool it comes with, not the highest quality but a good range of allen keys, spanners and screwdrivers included. The power assist is very noticeable but does seem to suffer from turbo lag as from a standing start you have to pull away under your own steam and the assistance kicks in a second or two later. It's more responsive when you're going along and accelerate though. Definitely effective help as I bombed up the hill near my house in top gear, towing my little one on a wee rider with very little effort and although it was possible to do that hill in top gear with my previous mountain bike, it was very hard work and I didn't have the little one under tow or a heart condition back then!I personally find the walking button useless as it's simply too slow, awkward to hold down and because I'm walking faster than the speed it's set to it's actually easier to push the bike if you simply turn it off!I do love this bike and it will get me back into cycling but I've docked a star for the lack of legally required rear reflector and the £34 I've spent on comfort and not getting mud spattered or pulled over by the police!

Je recommande ce produit à 200 % pour tous ceux qui cherchent un vélo électrique fiable, performant, et un service après-vente irréprochable !

Für dieses Geld, ein absolutes Schnäppchen. Haben es für unseren Sohn gekauft und er fährt sehr viel damit und hat nichts daran auszusetzen. Sein letzter Trip war 69 Km und er hatte danach noch immer einen Balken von Akku

The bike is well made and operates well. Note that some parts are over tightened and are difficult to assemble without additional tools. The handle bars and front wheel assembly were so tight it stripped the provided tool. I paid a bike shop to assemble. Highly recommend using a bike shop due to adjustments with brakes and gears as well. Once assembled, bike rides well and battery works well.Regarding shipping and communication: had to order twice. Original shipping company showed exact location on website yet claimed incomplete address and didn't fulfill order even though had pinpoint GPS pin. Seller tried to blame client yet when asked what information was missing and why they didn't hold shipping company accountable, conceded and shipped a second order with a different company. It arrived as ordered. Took three weeks.
