I have had a very difficult time finding a pillow that offers the right height and level of support, and honestly this is the closest I can find. Having each side provide a different firmness certainly helps. Most other memory foam pillows have been too firm for me and strain my neck. Traditional loft pillows collapse too much and don't offer the support my head needs without me folding or scrunching them constantly. If this pillow were about an inch thinner it would be perfect for me, regardless of sleeping position, allowing my head to stay elevated at a consistent comfortable height, with enough give in the foam for comfort to my ears and features. I need a pillow that offers consistent support as I shift positions through the night, and this does that really well. I also like how simple and even the design looks in the pillowcase, creating a smooth finished look when the bed it made. My only complain there is that the design sometimes shows through lighter pillowcases.As far as the construction goes though, this pillow is well made with comfortable materials, so if this design and style appeals to you, it is easy for me to recommend.

My boyfriend has been having a lot of neck and shoulder issues. I suspected it might be the flat pillow he was using. I decided to give this a try and he said it's definitely helped his pain. The pillow is cool to the touch and very supportive. The appearance doesn't look like much, but as long as it works, who cares!? Great product! Thank you!

This is a solid pillow. I do kind of feel like it could have a little more structure to it which is why I removed a star. However, I do like it -- it just isn't my favorite. If you like a pillow with a little more (supportive) give and a little less pushback, this is it. It's great for when I have a headache too actually.
