Fraud Description
I have bought a laptop from Amazon valued to 45k, It also mentioned 3yr premium care ( Warranty), which led me to trust and go ahead, since i have been regularly purchasing through Amazon, My misery started as soon as i switched on the laptop and checked the warranty specified was only 1 yr , Being patient i connected with Amazon and they asked me to connect with the seller, I did as said they also started dodging me with false promises of 24hrs & 10days patented customer care response, I wanted to enquire with Amazon but their customer care said if the seller is not providing warranty as committed so i should ask them to provide a denial letter or email, How Silly???? A customer spending 45k of their hard earned has to chase a famous portal like Amazon to at least pay attention to my query, The customer service blatantly told me that seniors are very busy and they asked me to reply to saying that please connect with seller, FYI at Amazon, I have no complaint against the product, but the way customer query is handled and the mentioned extended warranty provided with the product worth 45k and then me going circles to get what i paid for has left a very bad taste and going forward will never consider or recommend amazon or their products

Good laptop in the price
Laptop is good in terms of weight (low) , battery backup is good. Good speed. Has both face recognition amd fingerprint. Has keyboard backlight which can be switched on, on demand so battery is conserved too, to some extent. Overall a nice buy.

Defective item , flipping automatically
This product doesn’t meet my expectations as it is closing by itself and loose . Returning the item is another nightmare. 5 days and still struggling to return.

Lenovo has given this small beauty it has all the functions that you need in the day to day life Windows 11 Pro pre installed is a definite value ad office 360 is available on a trial but you can very well purchase office 2021 and proceed it is a very cute small and strong machine in terms of multi tasking multiple programs run in the background without any problem
