BUYER BEWARE.
I don’t want to do this, but I feel it is necessary. I was riding yesterday, and suddenly the bolt snapped, unlodging the bike seat from the shocks and thus off the seat post. I fell off the bike in confusion, landing on the pavement, scraping my knee and forearm and pretty much landed on my ribs. Too much bouncing I guess and the bolt couldn’t handle it anymore and just broke at the top. Luckily, no car was close by to run me over as I laid on the ground. I do not recommend this product anymore.

works fantastic !!!
i have two bikes. on my first bike i installed a $100 seat post, and i loved it. that being said i just bought a second bikethat does not have a seat post . i hated riding this bike because I'm kind of spoiled by my first bike. so i decided to purchase another seat post suspension. after doing a little research i ran across this (healpy sport bike rear shock) for$20 I thought for $20 it would be worth the try. it only took me about 20 min to install it when i received it. i was blowaway at how well it worked. it actually works better then my $100 seat post. the best tip i can give you is you have to get it adjusted properly . if you slide it back it rides very soft if you slide it forward it rides stiffer. after adjusting it about 5 times i finally got it where it worked great. i love this product and all i can say is for $20 it will change the comfort of your bike a lot.

Great
Great suspnsion it is comfortable, but you need to adjust it till you find the confortable point. And also you need to know how to adjust it to match your weight.

Decent and practical.
If u fell like ur on a a teeter totter while riding, u need to adjust the spring for more weight. it works great and its a practical solution at a practical price. The other ones make u feel like ur on a pogo stick if u want to compare feelings that way; they also cost a lot more for a decent one. This is way more adjustable and easy to switch out.The first one i had came in poor condition. My product came in scraped and warped to one side. i like the idea but the execution seems poor. Hopefully, mine was a defective one.The bolt on this assembly look extremely cheap. I mounted the bar upside down (relative to the picture and the numbers) cause i don't trust the tension will hold on this included bolt; this way, if it ends up sliding back, the seat won't come off the bike. Make sure u put the seat on first.Ill return this one and try another very soon. Ill update my post to let yall know.I got a second one 2 weeks later and its not nearly as warped or scratched.

Literally saved my tail
I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this given some of the reviews, but I was facing a five-day, 210-mile bikepacking trip and was really concerned about my rear end. For the price, I thought it was worth a try. First, I found it very easy to install and adjust. Yes, the saddle looks tipped forward, but the spring compresses when you sit on it and, to me at least, it felt completely normal. Parts of the trail I was on are quite bumpy with ruts, tree roots, and rocks, and the spring buffered them quite nicely. I really had no appreciable saddle-soreness at all! I had no issues whatsoever with the hardware coming loose, etc. Once I got it adjusted to my liking and well-tightened (just with my own hand power on a hex wrench) it stayed put. I am very satisfied with it.

The suspension causes the seat to mount with pronounced downward tilt to front.
I bike 2500 miles per year. This suspension causes the seat to mount with a pronounced downward tilt to the front. The seat cannot be leveled, or made even close to level, using my bicycle's post mounted level adjustment. This causes the seat to tilt downward in the front which causes the rider to continually slide forward on the seat. Very uncomfortable. I removed the suspension after just two rides.

A little tricky to adjust but once you get it right it works great
I bought this for my hardtail beach cruiser eBike and at first I had the "teeter-totter" problem reported by other users. I experimented with the adjustment and after several trial runs it is stable and more comfortable. I already had an inexpensive spring-type post, so later I added it to the Healpy unit and Eureka! For a total cost of about $50, the two units together feel better than some $100+ units that I tried.

Heavy, awkward to install, boinga boinga
I wanted to like this product but there were too many cons and not enough pros. First off, despite being small this thing is an ANCHOR on your weight, do not be fooled. Secondly, in order to make any small adjustments based on the screw configurations of your seat post in relation to this item you have to take off the whole saddle from the seatpost everytime which is a huge inconvenience. Finally, the performance... ah the performance, or should I sack lack there off. No matter how you position your saddle based on their instructions even with the firmest setuo you will be pogoing off this thing anytime you hit a bump. You're better off getting a true suspension seatpost for just a little bit more instead (and probably end up being lighter and more durable). I wish I could get a refund but unfortunately it's too late.
