I was tired of paying for "AIR" at my local filling station. This unit has other uses as well, not just inflating tires.

I've used this to air up several car tires, bikes tires and sports balls.It allows you to set the pressure before starting, then you squeeze the trigger and it automatically inflates to the designated pressure.I'm super impressed with how convenient it is to use, I don't really use these style of pumps on larger tires so I can't comment on if it'll overheat or not.For the price and the features this is a crazy deal and they're currently running a coupon.Highly recommend this guy for convenience of not having to drag out the hose for an air compressor.

I love this inflator. It is very easy to use. The digital screen has an easy to read gauge and all that is needed is to press the trigger to start the compressor. I always have Dewalt batteries in my toolbox so it is super convenient to have this available and the batteries last a long time. My truck tire was low and I was able to inflate it super fast, especially compared to some of the rechargeable tire inflators I have tried. This compressor is small and light enough to fit under my seat and is always available. I am super impressed with the quality of this and how great it works.

I took away a star because the lack of instructions . They were crystal clear on battery safety but how to operate was pretty much useless .I was able to figure it out pretty quickly but not everyone is mechanically inclined and/or used to working with gadgets . If someone were in need of filling their automobile tire in a hurry and was using this for the 1st time they'd probably want to throw it within a few minutes . Now onto why I ALMOST went 5 stars anyway .I have truck normal truck tires . They were 4 pounds low , each one . In under 5 minutes all 4 were up to set point . My 12 volt plug in tire compressor takes that long on each tire if the truck is running , longer if not .Quiet . This is relative and again compared to my other unit . While not whisper quiet I doubt my neighbors heard it and they live in close proximity . My other can be heard on the next block .Ease of use . Once I figured out psi AND automobile it was just as easy as my other , which has a bezel dial to set it and very large analog display . This isa tie but after today will be a win for the portable .Temperature of hose . Most mini compressors get pretty hot along the hose . This one never got the least bit warm , much less hot .If you want or need a quick air tool that takes up almost no room where it's being stored ( shorter than a loaf of bread and just about the same width and depth ) this one is awesome . Just remember to keep pressing the "M" button until you get both measurement and psi or bars .

I drive a Ford escape so it is on the smaller side of the SUV scale. I have aluminum rims that are constantly leaking because they are oxidized. I took them in and had them wire brushed and ground, but it didn’t help much. I’m not about to replace the rims on a 14-year-old vehicle that is only worth $3000 so I just need to keep a little compressor handy at all times. This is the third one that I’ve ordered in the past few months. The first one was garbage, the cord was too short to reach the back tires so I decided I had to go cordless. The second one was nice, but it was shaped like a cordless drill and you couldn’t push the button and get it to hold in place. You had to keep holding the trigger the entire time it was pumping. When I have four tires to put air and it takes about 10 minutes to do all of them, that’s a long time to be squeezing a trigger and bending over. It sucked!This is my third attempt and I’m happy to say, it will be my final. This thing is amazing!I probably have about 15 tools that run on the Dewalt 20 V max battery. I also have about eight or ten 20 V batteries so this tool was a perfect choice for me since it does run on the Dewalt platform. The best thing about it, you can set it to the pressure you want, push the power button and walk away. It will pump the tire up and shut itself off when it is full. I pumped up all four of the tires on my vehicle and they ranged from 15 psi to 26 psi. I pumped all of them up to 40 psi and my 20 V battery was still going strong and showing no signs of slowing down. It was easy to get the valve clamp onto the tire stem, it stayed in place and I checked the accuracy of the pressure gauge against another that I had and it was dead on. This is the perfect little compressor to keep around the house or the shop for those tire emergencies.
