Very reliable product，Very useful, specially during hill Driving.
Good product. Very strong and can carry load of vehicle. I use it to pulled my car using it. The shackles are really strong and can easily be put into towing hooks of all cars. It is a good investment for sure that can save lot money and you from a stuck situation a must for every car fit.

Poor quality
The hooks provided doesnt snap into the tow hooks of cars, they are small in size. While pulling a vehicle out of a muddy puddle, the rope was about to be snapped. Doesnt look like it can pull 5 tons as claimed.

Very poor quality
The product broke into 2 pieces in the very 1st rescue of a Thar..not capable of rescuing a 2 ton vehicle. It is better to buy similar product from local tool shop. It comes for about rs.750.
