sadly the pieces inside are plastic but I knew this as another review said so - yet they can be replace with glass easily enough
This is lovely it looks old and the box is very authentic looking, sadly the pieces inside are plastic but I knew this as another review said so - yet they can be replace with glass easily enough and this is my intention to do so - this is a fun project as well as a fun item - great gift

I bought this for my sons birthday and he was really disappointed. The quality was awful. The pattern inside was shocking. I'd have been better off buying a £6 kaleidoscope! Definitely not worth the money.

Sturdy, customizable
Arrived on schedule, has a sturdy feel to it. Good quality to ratio, and the leather case is wonderful. The only downside: the cheap plastics mounted inside. However, it's very easy to open up the front side and change those. I did just that with some colored glass and it turned out to be amazing.

I was surprised at the size it was small, not a toy for a child unless intended as a keepsake because it is solid a bit weighty for a child, but very pleased with it
