Very Happy Customer
Bought these for my elderly mother who has severe edema problems. She has trouble getting on the prescription-type socks, so she would give up and not wear them at all. Her legs and ankles have been swelling terribly lately. Saw these and I thought to give them a try, since some compression is better than not wearing any compression at all. Dropped these off on a Saturday and stopped by on Thursday and was TOTALLY AMAZED at the transformation of her legs. THESE HELPED! These fit over her large calves. Her legs are basically normal- no swelling, no redness. The doctor is reducing her water pill (which he is always thrilled to do). Totally satisfied. She thought they were comfortable. And the best part is... she USED them! (she wouldn't bother with them if they didn't fit, weren't comfortable, or didn't help!)

Fits large calves!
You don't have to be pregnant to wear these! I have been searching for compression socks for long car rides and flying to fit on my 19" calf and this was the 4th pair I tried.LOVED.LOVE LOVE LOVE! I'm buying another pair because these were perfect. There was only the tiniest bit of swelling where the fabric loosens below the ankle, but it was barely noticeable. That was after a 14 hour car ride! I wore them again on the way home with the same results.Definitely recommend!

Extremely comfortable! Even if you aren't expecting these socks are amazing. Years ago I fractured my left calf and it never healed completely right. The fracture left my calf constantly swollen and with some varicose veins. Medical compression socks help, but 1) quite ugly, and 2) HURT to put on. After 12 hours in those tight torture devices it felt like I was ripping my skin off while taking them off, so started living with the swelling.I found these beauties while on an amazon crawl and thought I take a chance, if I liked them I buy a few more. Put them on an hour after they arrived (very fast shipping!) and felt a relief I haven't felt in months. Quickly ordered two more sets so I can have a constant rotation. They wash up wonderfully and hold up to a busy 12 workday without rolling down or bunching up. Another plus they look great with yoga pants for maximum comfort. Great product! Will definitely be buying more!

Worth a try.....the customer service is unparalleled
These socks unfortunately didn't reduce my post partum edema at all and I'm sure a 5 star rating is confusing. The socks are cute and were easy to get on. The sizing was also accurate. However I needed them to help with my edema but I guess I was not one of the lucky ones.I gave this product 5 stars bc the company's customer service is unparalleled. I was contacted to ask how I liked the product and once I gave feedback I was granted a refund....no questions asked. So you have nothing to lose.....even if you are in the small pool of people that don't get that swelling down. Thank you wanderlust for making this a most pleasant interaction.

Excellent for cardio edema.
Finally a sock that I could actually fit on my elderly mother who suffers from cardio edema. I ordered two more pair. She is 5'5" and weighs 154 lbs. - other compression socks were just too narrow. I recommend if you have a similar situation. She can wear them all day without any pain.

and these are the best for me by far
These are pricey, but worth it. They are completely saving me, as my feet and calves swell or itch as soon as I put my bare feet on the floor--fluid retention is lovely. I've tried 2 other pairs of compression socks, and these are the best for me by far. They are thick, but thankfully, it's winter, so I'm fine for now. I'm a size 9Wide, so I opted for the size Large. They really are true to size, and the size large (starting at size 9.5) was too big for me. The foot was too long, and it went higher than the back of my knee (I'm 5' 6"). Wanderlust has such attentive customer service; they emailed me and when I mentioned that the socks might be too big, they sent me the size Medium, which do fit well. Highly recommend--a lifesaver for me.

Give these a try. Fantastic product and service!
I care for my elderly mother, who suffers from Congestive Heart Failure and deals with edema (swelling/water) in her lower legs. For years she refused compression socks because they suck and are uncomfortable. They aren't soft or warm and they are usually tight in the feet where she doesn't develop swelling anyway. For the past 3 years, I had been having her wear Zensah compression leg sleeves Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves, Tie Dye Violet, Large/X-Large with a pair of typical cotton socks as that seemed to be a good compromise. It allowed compression where she needed it and softness as well as looseness in the toe area. After a downgrade in her health, and following a hospitalization, earlier this year, she started showing some more advanced signs of dementia. That old sock combination was no good any longer. She likes to "fidget" with things (no, not spinners :) ) and the 2-piece sock solution we had been using for years became a problem as she would take off her shoes and cotton socks, then turn the Zensah's inside out or try to pull them down onto her foot like they were a sock and then try to put her shoe back on to a wadded up compression sleeve. It was a real mess.I tried some other compression socks from Amazon because the ones at the drug store are as I described earlier and we keep mom pretty active so this, cold, slippery, open toed or too tight in the toe compression socks bother her too much. Then I found these and ordered one pair to try them. I instantly loved the way they were designed and made, but they were too small for her calves which were close to 19" at that time. I was not going to complain and just chalk it up to trial and error, but Wanderlust emailed me proactively to see if I was satisfied and I replied saying that they didn't fit her calves. Wanderlust politely and immediately issued me a full refund. What amazing customer service! After another few weeks post hospitalization, the swelling in her legs was a little more under control and her calves were more like 16-17", so I pulled out these socks and gave them another go. They were then PERFECT for her. I put them into the rotation with her other compression sleeves and socks and then finally last month when I saw a sale, I ordered SEVEN more pairs of these amazing compression socks and got rid of all of her other socks. She wears these every single day and almost every night. They launder well and are more like a "normal" sock than any other compression socks I have seen. These are the same sock as the black version made by the same seller, so don't get confused that these are somehow only for pregnant women. I chose this version simply for the color.Edit: It seems that the black socks I mentioned aren't listed as being from the same seller any longer, but I think it might just be because they expanded their maternity range and wanted a different name for it. The black socks Wanderlust Air Travel Compression Socks, M-L: Men 6-8 / Women 5-9 are still labeled as Wanderlust and it looks like these gray/pink ones are labeled as "Made Mother" now, but I'm sure they are still the same thing in different colors.
