I swear, I spend half of my time chopping and grating when I cook, and recipes always take at least twice as long as “they say.” I don’t have the space or money for a big food processor, and I don’t have the energy to haul it out every time I need it, so this is a great product for my needs. Sliced through onions and potatoes with no issues. As someone else mentioned, I DO wish the top snapped onto the bottom, and the extras won’t all fit inside the chopper, but these are minor issues. The accessories are just as easily stored in a ziplock bag next to the chopper.

This is a cool way to chop veggies, separate egg whites and yolks, and store food all in one. I much prefer a model and construction as this over the traditional mandoline style as this is much safer for you to use. Also it comes with a safety glove which is also a great addition. I have no complaints as this isn't an over priced item.

I like it. A convenience for me in the kitchen. I used one much like this when I was growing up. Not a waste of money. It doesn't require much storage room.

Blades are very very sharp! I found it cumbersome and difficult to use.

Very happy with this chopper, it comes with lots of attachments for all kinds of vegetables. You can even make spiral zucchini/squash.

When I make salads I use ALL the veggies: grated carrot & fresh beets, sliced onions, chopped peppers, grated cheese, shredded cabbage, sliced mushrooms & avocado, and, of course, lettuce. So when I saw this all-in-one food prep tool, I was intrigued. With this tool salad prep would be be quick and easy. However, it was the waffle cut feature that made me order this item. I've always wanted to make waffle cut french fries at home with healthy ingredients.As the pictures show, the waffle cut feature does work great to create that waffle cut texture. HOWEVER, because the crimp of the blade is too shallow, the waffled slices are too thin for french fries (see pics). They are more like potato chips. So, I was a little disappointed in this feature.That said, this is still a great kitchen gadget, and I'm going to use the heck out of this when making salads or fixin's for taco Tuesdays. It has all the grating, chopping, and slicing features necessary for prepping these meals all in one tool.What I like:It's made of durable plastic.All of the parts except the clear plastic base are dishwasher safe (I use the top rack, and the slicing blades can go in the flatware basket).Most of the pieces fit inside the collection container for storage (see pic).It comes with a safety glove for extra protection when using slicing blades.It includes a basket that can be used as a mini colander, or it can be used to catch chopped/grated veg and then quickly rinsed for catching the next item. In this way it's easy to process multiple food items with less clean up in between.The size is substantial enough to process several cups of food at a time, such as a pile of potatoes for potato chips or cups of shredded carrots for carrot cake.It has silicone "feet" that keep it from sliding when in use, and a large handle for stability.I can chop, grate, slice, spiral, waffle, ribbon, zest/mash, julienne, wavy slice, & separate eggs ALL with one tool, so this replaces multiple kitchen gadgets.This veggie chopper/slicer would make a thoughtful gift for a wedding, a young couple, anyone who loves cooking, or someone just setting up their first kitchen. It's useful, fun, and it's multiple gadgets/gifts in one. This is a great deal when you consider the price of buying separate tools to do all the jobs that this item does, and the extras that are thrown in such as the peeler, the colander/basket and the safety glove. I took one star off my review due to the waffle blade cutting too thin, but overall, this is a very nice kitchen tool that I will use regularly and the price is right. I recommend!
