I bought this phone for my grandfather and he couldn't be happier. It's very easy to use and all of the buttons and menus can be seen easily. He is also happy with the features and the simplicity of the phone helps him navigate any and all of the options. The battery life, durability and the sounds quality is great.

The sound quality is fair at best for incoming voice, texting is almost unusable due to the weird way to select letters, was unable to send pictures via text text message, was unable to receive pictures being sent to me and unable to receive some texts.I put this phone away to use as a back up .I damaged my previous phone (that I liked), that is why I purchased the Maxwest phone.I ordered a used one of the same model that I damaged from Ebay and am using it now.

This phone was replaced so long ago. It's so flimsy. My husband usually looks to me as the family bargain hunter. This was the worst. The sound quality and overall quality was trash. We didn't even bother to send it back. This phone is no better than using a string and two tin cans.

It says in the description that the product runs on cricket wireless but it does not I don't think it runs on any service to be honest.

Muy bien. Los números grandes perfecto como lo estaba buscando. Timbre bastante fuerte. Fácil de usar y fácil de guardar. Lo mande para El Salvador y funcionó muy bien.

Not a good phone for older people. It doesn't vibrate when it is in your pocket.
