Good design. Terrible steel
Finally got around the writing this.Bought this for work at an oyster bar. A good knife makes all of the difference. This has a great ergonomic handle, allows plenty of leverage and control. Angled tip that’s the proper slenderness to get in quickly. The steel itself is absolute garbage. It began to roll and chip after a few dozen. We run through cases of oysters in a few hours where I work and the price point is on par with a premium professional knife.Hoping somebody takes this design and uses the proper materials.

Works but not sure about the durability.
This oyster knife works great, but the edge chipped on mine the first time I used it. I saw other people had the same problem.

One of my favorite knives in my bag and it gives me an excuse to have oysters more often! I really enjoy the quality and heft to the handle.

Nice out of the box! But....
The blade chipped significantly after only 3 uses, 3 dozen oysters. Disappointed. this was not inexpensive. Now I am past the return date. Oh well!

Perfect
Perfect! Strongly suggest to buy and shock oysters right in front of your guests!

Overpriced knife.
Handle feels akward, knife tip is too thick. I been shucking 5 years now, this knife is no better than a 20$ dexter russel which it what I use now. Don't understand what's so "elite about this knife". Belongs in a display cabinet tbh.
