I’ve purchased other keychain quick releases and they are cheaply made and fall apart quickly with the wear and tear I put them through. This quick release is made with quality and hasn’t broken or even shown signs of wear and tear.

Seems like it's well-made. I like the shorter overall length but am mildly disappointed that the release is difficult to actuate with one hand. My previous quick-release had a button I could press to release the two halves.

Bought a typle of this from walmart and it worked for about a week before it just blew apart. I bougth these as they are much higher grade. I have been using them for months know and they show no signs of wear and tear. I couldnt ask for a better product. I work for a public school system with 14 buildings and i keep my work keys seperate from the house/car keys so you can imagine i carry alot of keys. (over 30 for the school buuildings). These things hold on like its nothing. Easy disconnect and reconnect. Highly recommend! Stay away from the cheap ones. Remmber everyone, you get what you pay for.

I needed this after losing a small key that had a quick release magnet keychain. This serves just the purpose being that it is still small and light, but more more secure than the magnet previously used. The small box cutter inside is a plus.

Useful for switching car keys between my wife's and mine. Easy to use

I have every-day-carry items on my keychain that I DO NOT want to loose. I found this item after trying a few cheap alternatives. I should smashed the cheap stuff with a hammer.This week, I lost a car key (kept on one of those cheap alternatives), somewhere at work. I searched all over for it. Finally had to have my wife deliver a spare from home.What did I learn? I just ordered a 2nd one of these QUALITY quick connects, clip & ring. It will join the first one on my ring. This is not a review from a freebie. My cash, my choice. ‘nuff said?

Looks great. Easy to use. Feels durable and well made. But, I think I got a bad batch. The first one broke in the first week. The second one broke a couple weeks later. I REALLY do think it must be a fluke.
