I've spent a ton of money and time researching and still buying the wrong headsets!! My wife and I work next to each other and she can speak directly to me 4 feet away and my co-workers CAN NOT hear her! I bought her the same headsets and they both work perfectly like we're the only ones in the room! Comfortable, light weight, amazing volume, all the right options you'd want! Hands down the are ABSOULTLY the BEST on the market!! I will buy these EVERYTIME if something were to go wrong with the two I bought.

The best headphones I have ever used.I work from home and I hace birds that chirps most part of the day and I also have kids at home.The noise cancelling is perfect, no other sound than my voice is heard during my calls. You can control withe EPOS app the noise level you want to hear thru the headphones as well which is great for distractions.. Very comfortable to wear, the charging stand makes it so easy to keep it charged.

Muy desilusionado. Tras investigar en internet los mejores auriculares para oficinas abiertas, compré los Jabra Evolve 75 de segunda mano, en estado "excelente", por unos 100€ con un gran descuento. Sin embargo, quedé decepcionado por varios motivos. A pesar de esto, dado el precio y que eran de segunda mano (aunque no en tan excelente estado como se indicaba), decidí quedármelos y optar por comprar otros nuevos que supuestamente serían mejores, sin arriesgarme de nuevo. A más del triple del precio, pero siendo herramientas de trabajo y productividad, consideré que valía la pena invertir para asegurarme de que me escucharan bien en reuniones importantes.Pues nada. El primer problema fue un verdadero calvario para conectarlos vía Bluetooth a mi ordenador con Windows 10. Tuve que descargar software, actualizar firmware, buscar en foros... El ordenador los detectaba, pero no como auriculares. En todos los foros se mencionaba que el software es malísimo. Para colmo, al ingresar a la página de EPOS, solo me ofrecía seleccionar entre Rusia o España, lo que ya me dio una mala impresión sobre la internacionalización de la marca.Finalmente, después de conseguir conectarlos, la decepción fue mayor: la función ANC (cancelación activa de ruido) ¡amplificaba el sonido ambiente! Todos los que me escuchaban me lo comentaban. Decidí grabarme en casa, con mi mujer hablando al lado y la televisión encendida, y efectivamente, se oía más el ruido de fondo que mi propia voz. Una pérdida de tiempo enorme. Invertí tanto dinero solo para terminar perdiendo en productividad.Al final, los Jabra no me parecen tan malos después de todo, aunque la batería no dura lo prometido y no hay forma de desactivar el molesto aviso de "muted" cada dos por tres.Seguiré haciendo pruebas con los EPOS para asegurarme de que no tienen remedio, ya que no me gusta devolver productos por la huella medioambiental que supone. Pero me temo que me tocará devolver este producto.

I needed a wireless headset for professional daily use for online calls via Google Meet (and sometimes Zoom) with my PC. And I'm very satisfied.Note, this headset is NOT for music listening - you will be not happy if you are looking for that.Very powerful pros:1) Own USB dongle included, so you can use it regardless of the Bluetooth (or its absence) in your computer. However, they could be used without the dongle as well.2) When connected via dongle, you get REALLY high audio quality for both the mic and the sound in your ears during video calls - as opposed to a "normal" Bluetooth connection (utilized by most Bluetooth headsets) that limits the frequency range.3) Amazing sound isolation in the mic - it is very effective and can "hide" a lot of background stuff happening next to you from the people you are talking to during calls. Quite impressive.4) Wireless charging on the stand is pretty convenient option.The reasons for 4 stars (not 5) are:1) Comfort.1.1) I think having more padding on the headband would help because during long use with no brake (more than 1-2 hours) I need to change the position of the headset to fix fatigue at the contact point with my head.1.2) I wish they were over-ears with a good space inside for the ears instead of being on-ears. Again, sometimes during longer calls or I need to move them around due to ears tireness.2) Sometimes my voice sounds a bit muffled to my interlocutors. I couldn't define the reason or typical circumstances for that. But luckily it happens not too often, so not a big deal.3) The application for PC is not perfect.3.1) UX could be improved for sure.3.2) I used the headset with Win10 and Win11. On Win10, the sound volume for me was not enough on the max level. But when I turned on the normalization option in the PC app, it got better - no issues.5) Customer support could be better. When I sent a request with the sound volume issue, I got response in few days(!), and with no really valuable information. I was not even advised to try the normalization option (which by that time I had found on my own).6) Price. Given it's not an all-round solution - i.e. they are not usable for enjoyable listening to music - I guess the price tag is a bit too high. And by the way, for the given price, they could have provided a higher quality case - the current one is too soft and cheapy, without even being close to something that could called premium.Regardless of all the drawbacks, I still do recommend them if you need something specifically for online meetings and if the price is not an issue for you. The sound and the mic quality - which is crucial for that use case - are undoubtedly top-notch. You can find some mic tests on YouTube to get how good these guys are.

Wir nutzen aktuell Jabra Headsets, da es da aber in letzter Zeit unter Windows 11 Probleme mit dem Bluetooth Dongle gibt sind wir auf der Suche nach einem gleichwertigen Ersatz.Das Positive vorweg, es sieht gut und wertig aus.Der Mikrofonarm geht zu schwer, so das es beim hoch oder runter Schwenken fast vom Kopf fällt. Der Arm Bleibt auch an meiner Standard Brille beim schwenken hängen.Jetzt aber zum Sound, es hört sich total dünn an, ohne irgend eine Form von Volumen. Ich Verstehe ja das es hier um ein Headset für Telefonie geht aber selbst hier hört sich das gegenüber sehr hell an.Die Software hat sich bereits beim ersten öffnen Aufgehängt.Beim 2 Start ging sie dann auf hat aber keine Einstellungen geladen und eine Server Verbindung konnte nicht Hergestellt werden.Beim 3. Versuch waren dann auch die Einstellungen da. Wenn man eine Änderung vornimmt und auf Speichern klick, dauert es gefühlt ohne irgendeine Anzeige was gerade passiert eine Ewigkeit bis das Programm wieder auf eingaben reagiert.Ich habe extra die "T" Version für Teams bestellt, kann aber nur Skype in der Software auswählen.Bin echt enttäuscht.
