Very good knife. Solid, heavy, well made for this low price. Sharp right from the box. Comfortable to handle. Cut fish fillet perfectly and esy. Good steel hold edge well and not rust like many other knives.

Great knife. Very sharp and easy to use. A little larger than I expected but not a problem.

Got a nicer vg10 steel filet knife but returned it to get this lesser 1.4116 steel since prices were similar-ish after check box coupons (30$ vs 20$). Acceptable steel quality downgrade because this is a mostly normal handle. A little bigger around than regular kitchen knives but not the bulbous ergonomic trash I got previously. Like using it, sharp flexible blade. Easy to debone lots of chicken thighs quickly and precisely. Tip was unfortunately rounded off a bit but I will easily fix when it’s annoying enough to be sharpened.

This serrated knife has some heft. It works very well.
