Noooo - Great Concept / Not So Great In Reality
The concept is commendable (basically an auger at the base - each pole is in 4 parts (easily shipped).However, the ACTUAL "physics" of it all meant the pole bent profusely and will be replaced by 2 1/2" steel pipe. I should have done this in the first place. However, the thought of having to dig post holes is never a fun project for anyone and the self auger concept was great (as well as being delivered to my door). At $200 for the pair and not being able to return them now that they have been used and ultimately damaged led me to HAVE to write this review in an effort to help those that may feel the same as I did. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I'm not "hating" on the company - just being honest. The 1 star review was simply to right this as 0 stars is not an option.

Nice but returned
These were super heavy and nice but we decided to them after trying out 2 and deciding that we needed wooden post and cement.

Do your research first...
The concept of these poles are GREAT!!! However, the probability that the 14" of pole screwed in would be able to handle the remaining 10+ feet in the air straight...are very slim to NONE! Fortunately, I was able to use a wooden support piece on my deck for these poles to be functional. If I had known what I know now, I would have used 4'x 4' post to secure my sail shade. I definitely would not buy these again and I wish I was able to return.

screws sent with product rusted within a week of installation
I'm pretty disappointed with this product. First, the nails that came with the product have already started rusting within the first week of use. Not sure why these type of screws would be sent with a product that will clearly be outdoors. Second, the anchor is not strong enough and i will need to use concrete for the base.

Don’t purchase
These looked great for thr first day…that’s it. They bent at the point where they screwed into thr ground. We took them out and put them in again, which is no easy task (takes two people) since it was sagging so bad. But it only did the same thing thr next day. They want me to send them back to get a refund, but no box big enough. My bad since I threw the one it came in away. I think I’m gonna just chalk this one up as a 100% loss
