They really don’t use knifes and forks to eat with in China, but they can make a nice inexpensive knife.

Okay first off these are gorgeous in person! They are beautifully made the whole set is just amazing quality, everything including the block is fantastically well done. The blade is razor blade sharp, sturdy but also quite thin in a suburb design, they are holding their edge very well. The value for the money is rediculously good! the feel of the grip in your hand when you are using them is unparalleled the most comfortable and well preforming knife set I have gotten over the years and I have had many. The shear Utility of these knives is outstanding. Do yourselves a favor and get a set.

After dining in some of the finest steakhouses in Chicago, USA, and receiving knives as gifts from a steakhouse; i can confidently state that some more premium steak knives may work better.Originally, these knives seemed to only cut in a single direction. So, I carefully ran a single knife over a manual, non-moterized sharpener and honer and the performance was better without diminishing the nice ascetic qualities of the knife.Also, the vendor of the product reached out to me via e-mail with kind interest in and support my satisfaction.

I've used a few times to cut meat and vegetables - very sharp - works great - good quality.Follow the instructions about not soaking in water - just wipe clean and dry to prevent rusting.

very nice knives. they have a good handle on them and a nice design on the blade. very sharp so use caution when using and cleaning. it is really hard to find good quality steak knives. you usually have to shell out a lot of money buy I think these are a really nice value for the great quality they are. with the nice design on the blade they would make a nice gift. the are rust resistant and the size of regular steak knives. not big and bulky this the steak houses. they work very well
