Love this and do think that it has helped. When I did not use it for a few days my mood was lower.

looks ok and very slim. Very bright light which is something I was looking for. But does it really help the mood? I don’t know. Regardless I am using it all the time as it makes the kitchen and living room so bright. Easy to twist it as well. So regardless I’m happy with it.

This feels well made very heavy parts well made and the light has made me feel better already. This is a bargain you will not be disappointed, also there is a few different options colours intensity and a timer to switch it off automatically so what's not to like. People would pay a lot more for this elsewhere.

I wanted this to work as I hate the dark days. But sitting in front of an led lamp is not going to improve anyone’s mood. If anything your mood will worsen when you realize that you have simply purchased an unattractive and cheaply made desk lamp. I already have one of these and it stands just as much chance of reducing my SAD. Give this a miss unless you’re looking for a new desk lamp!

Useful as a work Light as well as a SAD light. Only down is the instructions do not say which colours to use.

This SAD lamp is very good, good quality.

Nothing to dislike. The SAD lamp feels well made and produces a good strong light, and was excellent value. Don’t look directly at the light though.

It took me about ten minutes to assemble this lamp. The base is fairly heavy but not very big so the lamp is steady enough on a hard floor, but on carpet when you have the head fully lowered it can be a bit wobbly. The flexible head does give a good range of adjustment, and the main light has pretty much 360 degrees of rotation. There is a touch panel for all of the functions which is 1 metre from the ground and a remote is included.I find the looks of the lamp to be a bit disappointing. The base is small and out of proportion to the head. But most disappointing is the power cable which attaches two thirsd of the way up the stem of the lamp. There are clips to try to hide it but I am still disappointed by this. The power lead is also quite short - just under 2 metres in length - and combined with the fact that it attaches to the lamp 1 metre from the ground this only gives you 80 cm or so to play with.I really like the light output though. The main light is very bright and flicker free. You can adjust the brightness as well as the colour temperature. There is a really nice night light feature whereby a small orange light glows from the end of the stand which produces a really nice warm glow which is dim enough to use in a bedroom.So I am giving this 4 stars. Due to the issues above I was considering 3 stars, but the light output (which is what this is ultimately about) is actually pretty good. The price is very expensive at £93, but there is currently a 40% off voucher which makes it a little bit more reasonable. So if you are after a decorative lamp then look elsewhere but if you are after a bright and adjustable light for SAD or even for arts and crafts then maybe consider this product.
