These chairs not only rock but swivel as well. They are all metal and very comfortable to sit in. They come with all the necessary parts and detailed instructions. Be sure to check which size bolts go where or you will have to te-do your previous efforts and switch themout ( experience speaking)The quality is exceptional for the price. They fit well on our patio and I believe we will enjoy using them for a long time.

Took about an hour to put together both chairs. They are sturdy and match the metal table on the deck. Glad I made the purchase. Good value.

Would have been nice to have instructions on how to put it together. Customer service on both ends sucked. Wanted to talk to a person not an AI. I could have sent them back but needed them for an upcoming engagement. If I had a do over I would never recommend these chairs to anyone. Not happy
