I liked these very much when I first received. After 3 months or so the left year broke as you can see from the pictures. All i did was expand the to stretch out over my head when removing them. That's it! I tried to contact the manufacturer. No response from 3 direct emails and the customer service phone # always goes to a voicemail. It seems like these are made by a poor company that doesn't want to cover their products. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and I would not recommend this product to anyone who wants a product to last them a long long time.
