I purchased 2 charms for two friendship bracelets. I only had mine on for one day and the charm has come off the bead and I don't know where it is. The other one has had the same issue, but my friend managed to find the angel wing and heart. I unfortunately haven't. Have sent back for a refund. Very unhappy
