This large frying pan has a solid, cast aluminium body with a non-stick coating. A heat plate at the base spreads and radiates the heat for even cooking. The robust handle is riveted to the body, meaning no plastic or screws that can come loose on cheaper models. The rivetted handle means that they are robust and can be used on the hob and in the oven, just be careful as the handle may get hot. Makes frying easier
This pan is extremely non-stick, making it easy to cook and clean. The long handle is a smart feature, as it keeps your hand away from oil splatters! Been brill so far.
