Nice product / hard to setup and get going
Comes with a nicely detailed program to follow that's not that diffcult to accomplish or distract from a normal day. Could eventually see some benefit coming out it but haven't done it long enough to tell at this point.One thing to be aware of is that they setup to get these molded properly takes some time and effort to get done. If you have ever had to wear a mouth guard for sports or sleeping or teeth alignment then you will be familiar with the steps. Essentially, using warm/hot water to soften the product and get it molded to your teeth. Recommend just getting them done all at the same time in one session.

Easy way to save $10 DONT BUY
Junk I tossed them in the trash. Just very small “rubber” chunks absolutely no give. Spend the money on jawsercize or another reputable company.

Bit it in half after 15 days of use
It was great at first. But within only 15 days of use (100 'bites' per day) I had bitten through it (I started with the blue one). But it was also very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for, which is why I did not give it only 1 start.

Exactly As Advertised
It's a nice jaw exerciser that makes the muscles work hard. Just a few minutes of daily exercise can make an obvious difference in facial muscle. There are four different levels of resistance, which I love.
