I love her!So about this one. Emily Hayes is our gorgeous,stressed out MFC. She’s experienced with life and works at Cucina Amore. A club of questionable reputation. Hated she wasn’t a virgin but I can’t always have my wish😂.This was a fantastic read. Exploring different relationships in an interesting way.Simon Bianco is our, to be fair, way too handsome, thirty three year old, MMC. He’s heir to the entire Bianco Famiglia. His mafioso father being Don, Alessandro Bianco. Somethings weird is going on there with Alessandro…Emily has a Seventy six year old father on social security. He will loose the house in three weeks unless she comes up with something. The house that holds all her childhood memories and memories of her mother before she died.A hilarious episode occurs when she tries to go to steal money (a last attempt for her dad) from the boss’s safe and finds what she thinks is a sex bag…NOT! 😂This is such a fantastic read! I enjoyed it so much and highly suggest you check it out.😁The love between father and daughter was so endearing and sweet. Each denying themselves for the other.Luciano Santoro is encroaching onto Bianco territory. And all crap breaks loose! There’s a WHOLE history there with Santoro that you will find enriches the story if you care to read up.This is a story of trauma, violence, pain, suffering, wealth, and sin. But above all finding a love that is craved and needed above all else. one in a series. It is not a stand alone but will be followed by “When Kings Bend” in the future.It is a very dark mafia romance. Deals with an a cult, has very mature themes and explicit sexual scenes with MFFF, mature language and totally an adult read.Diarmuid O’Sullivan is our MMC.He is Hand of the Kings Assassin.In book one he meets his three “brides” given by head of “Hands Of Kings” Victor. Three virgins trained to be a bride. And Three very different personalities. There’s Selene (the trouble maker), Amira (innocense with a touch of darkness), and Niamh (water loving athletic). Needless to say, even with training these girls personalities cause problems for Diarmuid.This is a merging of the cult, of priests and of mafia.This is built around Diarmuid and a choice he made. Now he has to try and protect his brides from who ever is coming after him.

What happens when you try to steal from your boss?!?! He proposes to you!!! Emily was floating trying to keep up her own household and her father's after he got scammed and now she is able to relax and enjoy life with the knowledge that her dad is ok and she actually likes her husband.Simon is the eldest and heir, but when the Don doesn't see the error in his ways, Simon has to hold an intervention to help and prove himself. However the war with Santoro continues to heat up and threatens the oasis. Simon is able to stop a more devastating attack but again Santoro walks away. The question remains why did his dad let Santoro live all those years ago and why is he still breathing today? No one knows but maybe we will find out in the books to come!!!This story has romance, love, lust, mystery, tragedy, violence and so much more. I love these books and can't wait for the next one!!

Great book. Great series. This does not disappoint. Simon falls hard .... fast. I enjoy books with great relationship build up. Enjoy all the characters Can't wait to read the next book.

This story had alot of energy from page one!, Emily was working her butt off with working two jobs and trying to take care of her father too.She thinks she has a plan to rob her bosses safe but she gets caught by the boss but does turn her in,but it doesn't solve her father's money problems and she is afraid he will lose his house,she is on pins and needles because she thinks Simon her boss is everywhere. He needs help and Emily fits in his plans but he has to talk her in to it,he does and gives her untraditional and she has forty eight hour to decide. She decides yes and they get married but she has some concerns and he kinds of grant them,things are going ok,Simon's family seams to like her but his father is another story.His father tells Simon he must divorce Emily and marry this other women to stop the war,but Simon says no and he is on the outs with his father.The war is going so strong that Simon isn't sure at first if his father is out to get them or is the enemy. Someone takes out a few of Simon 's place and people are killed and one is Emily's friend and things get worst where they are on the run and now the energy has hit the homestead and Simon goes back to save the family.This story has plenty of blood shed,sex and its not boaring.After all of blood loss and the air clears,this story has a happy ending,Atleast Simon has his dream plus his little mouse by his side! I hope there is more to come,B.B. Hamel is one of my favorite authors in the mafia family!

Though their relationship started off as more of a business transaction- Emily needing financial assistance for her father and Simon needing a wife and heir, these two couldn't help but fall for the other. This was a great Mafia read. I also enjoyed the secondary storyline going on with Simon's dad. I love that Emily wasn't afraid to speak her.mind to Simon, making for some great banter between the two. Definitely recommend this book and author.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the second book in the Blanco Famiglia. It features Simon, the next Don. He catches Emily trying to steal from him. But he thinks she is gorgeous and the solution to a problem. He is trying to prove to his dad that he is ready to take over. But since his dad was shot he’s acting out of character, paranoid and in pain. Simon feels that by getting married he will show that he is growing up and acting responsibly. But the Don insists he get a divorce and marry the daughter of their sworn enemy. Things are bad enough with the enemy attacking left and right. And divorce is not an option for Simon who finds that he can’t give her up. This is n just the start of a roller coaster of a story. There is gun battles, kidnapping, evictions, betrayals and also passion and fidelity and love. Can Simon and Emily survive? Will he stay and fight for his family or walk away? I can hardly wait to see what happens next.

Emily and Simon's story start when she is caught trying to steel money from his safe.Simon needed a wife due to his dad the Don who should retire but won't and she needed help as her dad was scammed out his life savings.They married quick but nothing is as simple as that as there is a war going on between his family, and the Don of the Santoro's.This is the second book and i loved the first one, the second is brilliant.

Emily and Simon have a fake marriage in this steamy mafia family romance. As the older brother of Davide, SImon is the heir to take over as the Don when their father passes. Another wonderfully written book by BB, with some humour woven in too. Turkey baster, hahaha!.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

What a great story line. This book had it all. It’s not necessary to read book 1 in the series although it was nice to have the extra understanding of the Davide and Luciano and Bianco familigia triangle of mess.Would definitely recommend.Hope there’s more coming from this series. We need Antonio out of jail and I really want to know what’s Laura’s story!!! Love her character!!!!
