Love my HydroCell bottle!!! I recently had an leaking issue on a plane trip with my newishHydroCell water bottle . I packed it INSIDE my back pack then shoved into the overhead bin. Landed and found some dampish clothes inside backpack! . Yuk. I reached out to HC.Heard from the rep the NEXT DAY by email. Extraordinary .He couldn’t have been more gracious , helpful and informative. And promptly I received a new cap and straw and carrying tag. Examination of the new cap , makes me wonder if I might have lost the original silicone gasket while cleaning the cap.He also sent me cleaning instructions; very nice to have . I never knew! I am not an instruction manual reader so maybe it came in original box.My modern stainless steel teal HC was a chunk of money but well worth it-because1) it has changed my lifestyle from coffee in the car or a can of seltzer from refrig to colddelicious beautiful water.I really did not know how chilled clean water is so delicious and refreshing so I pop in an ice cube or fill from chilled auto from refrig and it is by my side and I pay attention now to drinking . And it stays cold!!! STAYS WICKED COLD FOR HOURS! Even in my car in Florida! 2)I have saved money!No more DD iced coffee on the road, AND do not buy water in plastic bottles ( yuk), and buy way less canned seltzer.Lastly a word about color.Color matters. Another health benefit that HydroCell has nailed. Color is an emotional key so to speak, to unlock a little serotonin hit. So that is nice, like a little self love note.I SEE the bright color in my car( so I use it) or on kitchen counter so I pack it . And it is ID’ed in color as mine in a group setting and difficult to lose.Appreciate too , that it is not insulated with styrofoam or some other environmentally toxic never never stuff inside.So now my HYDROCELL bottle is my companion, ( just like my phone) . I enjoy the chilled water , and I have built a health habit ( not easy to do) AND I really do feel better. Amazing.Many thanks HC. I adore companies that provide healthy stuff .Lastly people DITCH ALL PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE.Bad for you and bad for our environment!!! My friend originally got one of their 32 oz water bottles a few years ago. I always complimented her on it because it worked so well, like the water was always cool and even for a 32 Oz bottle it wasn't bulky and was easy to carry. Well my friend had been wanting a pink version of it and I loved her purple one so I bought the same one off of here and we traded the bottles. I kept the newer sports and hot lid tops. I've had this water bottle for like a year now. Mann, I've went into the woods with it for 6 weeks, 5 days a week and it handled everything perfectly. It would withstand any fall or hit and leave no marks. It stands out so nicely too so I haven't lost it. Recently, I had cleaned it when the silicone air valve in the middle of the sports lid fell out. Without this piece it would leak so I went to their support page and emailed them the problem and ask what I could do. They immediately were willing to send me not just one replacements valves but TWO and sent me a replacement cap!! Guys this is straight up the best waterbottle I've ever had AND the best customer service help I've ever encountered. They really care and are so sweet!!

I’ve bought a lot of water bottles.This is the only one that has quality and attention to detail all in one.The quality is great as you see in the picture, but what you don’t see is how soft is the rubber arm to hold up the stainless steel cap. It’s really soft, but not too soft.Other water bottles, as fancy as they are trying to be, when you open that cap and the rubber arm too rigid sticks out it creates the lever effect and just by slightly tapping on the bottle it falls down and spills the water that might be left on the bottom and it falls on the floor and gets damaged and just annoying.This water bottle is so good. I can’t get over it.The rubber arm when the bottle is open it does straight down, because it’s so soft. It’s not allowing for the lever effect to be created therefore it stays firmly on the table. I can confidently leave it open and not worry that it will fall down the table spilling everything out.It’s a small thing, but that’s the difference between good and great. This one was so good I bought another one when I lost my original, but THEN I found my original and NOW I have two!This is awesome! I feel so happy that I found this bottle!All my other bottles are just collecting dust.

Looking for an affordable, narrow insulated travel bottle with a handle for easy carrying but that would also fit in backpack water bottle side holders. Because 24 ounces of liquid plus the weight of the bottle (.71 oz for my 24 ounce bottle) itself can be hard on those water bottle pockets, I was also pleased to see that it was made for a paracord accessory (would like to get that!) to loop it to backpacks. You can also buy a hard plastic bottom protector (called a boot) as well (useful to make sure the bottom stays level). It also came with a sport top lid with two straws. I have not used this as leaks are possible with that lid, but it is nice to have the option.This water bottle does a FANTASTIC job staying cold when used as directed with 3/4 full of ice. Water stayed at 40 degrees for more than 24 hours. I have gone back 36-48+ hours and the water is still cold (but why would I drink old backwash water? I use it to water houseplants at that point and get fresh water!). It did seem to lose heat more rapidly, but it did keep it warm and I typically use it for hot for fewer hours (i.e. soup/hot chocolate for outdoors) than how I use it for cold.I have only used this for water, so cleanup is a breeze, but cleaning instructions are included. Based on all of this I would already say this is a 5+-star product, but it also has a LIFETIME warranty when you register the product.

The color was a light purple that faded to silver, which I really liked.I bought the largest size. I used it for the first time when the temperature was 106 degrees. It kept the water cool most of the 4 hours.

I purchased this water bottle in May of 2021, 3 years ago.The bottle started leaking at the cap, so I did some research. This item has a lifetime warranty.I emailed the manufacturer, and explained the situation. Not long after, I got an email back saying they were sending me a replacement cap. They even paid the duty on it for me.This is very good service, and I highly recommend this item/company.

Bought one for myself and for my husband to travel around Asia. So nice that it comes with two different lids. I like the straw lid but my husband doesn’t so it’s perfect.

Looks nice, serves its purpose, doesn’t leak, comes with 2 lids, one regular lid and one sip lid with 2 straws you can switch in. Super happy with it.

Lo compre principalmente porque es de acero inoxidable y por la cantidad de agua que le cabe. Lo que no me gustó fue el popote, no está a todo lo largo de la botella y además, se rompió.

Quite disappointed. Would not recommend.
