Best insulin mini fridge wherever you go
I bought it for my father. We travel from one country to another by car and oftentimes we are staying in a hotel overnight during our journey. We have tried many options and cases with coldpack gel but that still was not enough. The 4ALLFAMILY Voyager is exactly what we were looking for. This small guy does it's work for 5/5. Without gel you can just plug it in the car and it will sustain the required temperature.Same in the hotel. If there is no fridge you can just connect it to the socket via usb and you insulin is safe. Also if we go somewhere for a long time before having dinner we don't have to worry about taking insulin with us for whatever time period because with gel it keeps the temperature for more than a whole day.Additionally you can connect it to the powerbank which i personally haven't used yet because in most cases with gel you are good.Anyone who is looking for a way to keep insulin under control on the road if you buy this one - you will not regret

Works great, new Celsius lids display correct temperature and keep meds in 2–8°C range
After reading the previous reviews, when my Voyager arrived I tested it with a thermometer over two days and I can report that the new Voyagers do keep meds in the correct 2–8°C range and the display reports the correct temperature.I did also ask the seller about the previously reported issues with the Celsius lids, and they replied to me that there had been an issue with a previous batch of Celsius lids (actual temperature being a couple of degrees then the displayed temperature) but that the issue has now been rectified. To be on the safe side I checked my Celsius, and it is definitely displaying the correct temperature and keeping the internal temperature in the 2–8°C range.

It works, although 6.1-7.7 degree Celsius
During a nearly two-day testing period, I monitored the temperature range using a logging device set to record every 10 seconds. Here's a breakdown of the results:-Initial and Final Measurements:The first hour and the last 10 minutes of the data were excluded due to the device being moved in and out of the Voyager.-Temperature Range Observed:Minimum Temperature: 6.1 degrees CelsiusMaximum Temperature: 7.7 degrees Celsius-Overall Performance:While the temperature inside the device never dropped as low as 2 degrees Celsius, it also never exceeded 7.7 degrees. This indicates that the device effectively maintained the temperature within the desired 2 to 8 degrees Celsius range throughout the duration of the test.-Conclusion: Despite the temperature not reaching the lower bound of 2 degrees, the device successfully kept the temperature stable between 6.1 and 7.7 degrees Celsius, ensuring it remained well within the specified range.I do have concerns from another UK review, that the Fahrenheit lids average 4.5°, where my Celsius one was closer to 6.9°. this is supported by reviews on the US Amazon website that have charts similar to mine, but show 3 to 5°c degrees Celsius, averaging 4.5°c (when you convert from Fahrenheit). Maybe the UK don't have the same quality control. I've reached out to the manufacturer to see if I can exchange for a Fahrenheit lid.

Voyager
I purchased this product with the usb lid for long haul trip from Belfast to Australia and it worked great. Storage capacity was snug for the three biologic pens we needed but fitted in. We switched from the gel pack at 22 hours in flight and put on the usb lid with trickle charger Ankara battery pack for the last 6 hours. All good and no problems with the kitWe unfortunately left the flask lid In the plane when transferring lids. I contacted all4family and they arranged a unit replacement to be dispatched to my holiday address in a fewdays. Allin time for the return journey. Super service.

Great for all types of travel
This product is my 5th injection carrier I’ve tried in the last 6 years of needed one to travel with my prefilled Etanercept pens. Three of five were already abandoned, one only useful for air travel. This one looked very promising, equipped with all the necessary items needed when traveling by air, car or walking. I’ve tested at home and it could accommodate 6 of my prefilled pens with Biogel and 5 using the Upgraded Temp Control Metal Tube. Temperature control is also as good as advertised. Very please so far and hopefully I’ve finally found one that suitable for my coming New Zealand trip.

Biogel worked well. The USB cooler didn't cool properly.
The media could not be loaded. I bought the 4All the family USB cooler. I tried it out plugged in and the temperature as you can see was around 10degrees after leaving it plugged in for a few hours. I then tried the biogel. This worked really well. I did needed to warm the gel up twice as the temperature was still under two degrees initially. But then it kept my insulin at the correct temperature. I wonder if the USB part is faulty as i have seen so many good reviews of this product.
