Nice hand grip strengthener at a nice price!
I ordered this for my dad, to help strengthen his grip after a stroke. He loves it! He just sits on the sofa, watching TV whilst exercising his lower arm and grip.You can adjust the tension to suit and it's very comfortable to hold.Would I recommend? My Dad thinks it great, he thinks it's helping and that is good enough for me to happily recommend this product!

It can half broken the counter did not work and there was scratches all over it. My mum bought this for me on my 15th birthday it was god but after 2 reps the counter broke and it was half scratched would not recommend

A bargain hand grip strengthener that is solidly built
After a nasty cut to the base of my index finger on my left-hand last year, I am unable to bend my finger without some minor pain. I was told to exercise it regularly and that is not as easy as it sounds. This little gadget, however, is proving to be ideal for strengthening the tendons around my finger joint and, even after 2 days, I can already feel more movement than before. The hand grip strengthener is really solidly built and can be adjusted from 5kg-60kg pressure with the dial on the end - there is no gauge, you just know when the pressure increases. At £4.99 it is exceptional value.
