I want to give a superior rating to this company for their outstanding service! My order came within 2 days of ordering rather than a week. Since I recently injured my left knee which is painful for a month now, I love having my new pretty blue walker. It evens out my weight and balance compared to using a cane. It was easy to assemble. Lite weight, portable. For the price it is an excellent deal because I have a seat and a storage compartment under the seat which you don’t get with just a regular walker. For a few more $ it is totally worth the purchase! I am giving the company and their product a 10+!!!

Required a lighter rollator for use only in the house, so that I would not have to clean the wheels. So far it is meeting or exceeded my expectations and the price was excellent. I have another rollator, which is much heavier for outdoor use only, including for traveling and airports.

Came in pretty much together except for a couple of things. Easy. Person using it is very satisfied

The seat was a little smaller than expected, and I would’ve preferred more padding. However, it is fully functional and does a great job for the price.

Update 2024.11.10:We ended up returning it because the handle bars are too wobbly to be reliable for my dad's daily use. I hope Guardian the manufacturer can do a thorough quality check before shipping it out. Maybe only my item is defective. I purchased a Drive as the alternative.This is a replacement walker for my dad. The one he's been using daily in the house for 3 years have the rubber coming off from the wheels. So it's time to get a new reliable walker. This Medline model looks and functions very similarly to the other models he has been using (he has an almost brand new Drive walker downstairs for outdoor use). Everything works as expected except for three noticeable differences. First, the seat is set lower and could be a problem for someone who has knee joint problem to sit in it. Second, to put the walker into a complete stop, the use has to squeeze the brakes all the way unlike the other models where the brakes are more sensitive and slight force applied can already slow down the walker to stop right away. The final issue, the biggest one, is that the handle bars are wobbly because the diameter is too small to fit in the tube. I'm hoping the seller can have replacement parts.
