I have to say that this is about the coolest thing ever! Lol! Ok, so maybe not "cool" as it looks like about the nerdiest thing you could possibly put on your head -- but cool in that it DOES THE JOB. I am 56 years old and I'm very often mistaken for much younger. I LIKE that! lol! So I want to keep my skin as young looking as possible, and sun is the worst thing for your skin (hate the leather look). But I live in Florida and I love the beach and sun. What a quandry, right? NOT ANYMORE! This amazing contraption shields my entire head, face, neck, chest, and arms down to about the mid-bicep area!!! I am completely COVERED. When I'm in my pool every day, I can be on a float or doing water aerobics and moving all over the pool -- and be covered everywhere I go. My shade moves with me, and it is awesome! The only drawback is that sometimes it can be quite uncomfortable. The thing moves around on your head sometimes and can drive you nuts. I actually started using a headband under it and that has improved the problem by about 90%! So if you are in your private pool, or you are in public and don't mind looking ODD -- this is the greatest thing ever.

Ordered similar item from another supplier that was twice the price, fragile in quality that was stolen.This item is half the price, sturdier, top insert has locking mechanism (excellent) and the draw string is adjustable with plastic adjuster. The quality of the material far exceeds the price & exemplifies the integrity of the manufacturer. I'm beyond pleased with this product.

Bought this to do gardening but now find myself using it for everything under the sun and rain, my husband use it to mow the lawn. It has adjustable straps for the head and strings to tie around chin, so if it’s windy outside, no problem. I like that it’s bigger than many and it covers my entire face and shoulders. The material is strong and the double top gives good ventilation so your head doesn’t get warm. The string to open umbrella needs a strong pull, if you have problems with your hands or arthritis it may not be suitable for you. But so far so good. Enjoying my gardening!

This is just what I needed for a hands free dog walking outting. It actually stayed on my head. Problem was bending over to pick up doggie doo your back gets wet as it goes where your head goes. Otherwise I’m very pleased with this purple head umbrella. You might get a few laughs along the way too. But your head will be dry.

When we bought them I thought they were really kind of silly. We didn’t use them for a while until one day we really needed them. OMG I love them. They’re comfortable and they let you be hands free.With the pandemic meaning you have to stand out side, and the fact I live in one of the rainiest places on earth, these became an amazing purchase. We’ve used them for playing disc golf in the drizzle as well. Works great.We’ve also used it for filming in the rain to keep us and camera gear dry. Works well.

Great sun repellent, easy to put on, the metal supports can be a little painful unless you put something towel or scarf up under as you're putting it down on your head however the metal rust even in storage. Ordered several more for a friend of mine we use them for fishing. Need to order more for myself because the ones that I had bought in this order have rusted. Would have given a 5 star rating if they lasted longer. Used approximately 10 times.

I think its kinda neat, you may look dopey but if you buy this for fashion your looking at the wrong product. The clothe of the umbrella seems a bit plastic like, not a london fog woven material, which has me concerned, but not enough to send it back. The head band is one size fits all and i have a large 8.5 hat size. I find it snug but not painful. Others may find the fit uncomfortable or the band material less than soft. But for me, tolerable for half hour increments. It will blow off in the wind so consider it during windy days. Overall it does exactly what i wanted, an umbrella that frees up my hands
