Cork City Through Time

For anyone who loves Coek City this is a beautiful reminder of what live was like and how it has gently morphed into the magical city that it still is.Well laid out, the juxtaposition of the photos is eloquent and makes a delightful acquisition.

I do not like this author's poor performance and that's simple.

This book looks at the city over the last hundred years or so, comparing the views on old postcards to the modern version. For a city that has changed so much in recent years, this is a good approach and visually very appealing. But it also makes you notice how much has not changed and helps to point out hints of the past you may otherwise miss. Informative and entertaining at once.
