The LightingWill 24V 2.5A 60W Power Supply came the next day.The Led driver was well packed and came with fitted plug.I wanted a 24v Led driver for fitting some led light outside on my shed this driver worked well for me and after connecting it,it powered my lights very well I put the driver in the shed but it is waterproof and could have been put outside.

Works well low noise stable output

Needed another power supply for my Christmas lights, outside, and thought I would save my self some time and not construction yet another enclosure, but purchase one of these waterproof units. So far its running 12 leaping arches (forty pixels each) and two mini trees plus stars (six hundred and eighty pixels). The weather is pretty intermittent with rain, so it should be a good test as to its waterproof capability and reliability.Update after Xmas, yep, worked all the way through 60 mile an hour gusts and intense rain, it was partially covered, but no issues.

The plug on this power supply is illegal and dangerous. Although the fuse is labelled BS1362, it’s not. A fuse confirming to BS1362 has the actual fuse wire soldered to the centre of each end cap. This fuse wire in this fuse is hooked over either end of the ceramic tube. A legal fuse’s end caps are made of copper-these aren’t, a magnet picks the fuse up with ease. A BS1362 fuse is filled with sand in case the fuse blowing shatters the ceramic and sends pieces flying. This fuse is empty.If LightingWill are prepared to cut corners to save a few pence with a fuse, what other short cuts are they prepared to make in the name of profit? I don’t want to be the user finding out-the hard way. I’m not risking plugging this power supply into a socket-let alone use it.

Value for money heat ease of installation

Only worked for 3 months pos

I used this to replace an expensive outdoor low voltage timer. Instead I bought an inexpensive outdoor wifi plug and connected this transformer to it. It has been running, on a schedule, outside since last October without fail.

I used this to replace a power supply on LED lighting in a small pantry. The previous power supply had about a five-second delay when switched on; very annoying. This power supply has an ever-so-slight lag, but it's barely noticeable. It definitely turns the lights on in less than a second. It's larger than most other power supplies, so be sure to check measurements.
