Lots of information to peruse. It’s nice having natural options to use for variety of things.

Have read negative commentary lately about paper quality. (Not related to this book, but from books in this field.) My only thought is... "huh"? Content is what you're buying and this book has it!!

I refer to this book often. getting ideas and looking up the conversation tables in the front. it has a very extensive (too extensive and sometimes hard to find) index in the back of the book. I like having a need and being able to go to this book for ideas on how best to get the job done.

I'm just getting started with my essential oil journey. I like this book very much! There are many great recipes and it's well laid out. Each oil has it's own page and all the safety, uses, etc. for the oil is on that one page. I also bought the Essential Oils Handbook: All the Oils...and I don't like it as much as this.

Have not had the time to read this, even though short. I do like learning about natural products and have found Essential Oils to be healing when I have back problems and headaches.

This is a very easy to follow book on creating your own Essential Oil blends. There are many different ways to mix oils for various ailments.
