Worth the money
This neck traction device has been a lifesaver for relieving my neck stiffness. It’s easy to use, well-designed, and offers great comfort while wearing. After just a few sessions, I’ve noticed reduced tension and less frequent headaches. Highly recommend it for anyone dealing with neck pain or looking for effective at-home therapy.

Works as advertised
I use it almost every day and my neck pain when rotating my head is almost completely gone.It is not a permanent fix I have to do it every day for the pain to stay away.I wished I could stretch my neck a little bit more with it. I'm at the max and would just like a little bit more.

It leaks air
I got this a few days ago, and it feels good for the 10 seconds before the air starts leaking out (it leaks where you plug the valve into the pump , and I do have the lever pulled up ). Can someone who owns one of these tell me if this is fixable. The instructions are awful. Thank you.

Perfect and basic
This cervical traction device offers exactly what I needed—nothing more, nothing less. The adjustable neck traction device is easy to use. It's as simple as wrapping it around my neck and inflating it so the air pocket expands, stiffening up to support my neck from moving side to side and top to bottom. I’ve tried other devices on the market that cause pain due to sharp edges and lack of padding on the collarbone, but this one doesn’t. The thick material protects my bones and neck while also being breathable. The air pump is easy to use and fully inflates the device with just a few strokes.

very ingenious method of providing traction, does get pretty hot under the collar though
Yes, this does provide a good amount of traction. And it does so without having to hold your chin in a sling under the doorway, so that is quite nice. You are able to move about with more freedom. It took a while to get used to it though. The chin support is flexible, and you have to put some force on it at first, until the rear inflator gets pumped up to balance the front and back. The first time I used it, I did not flex the chin support and it put my neck in an uncomfortable position. After a couple more times of uses, I got the idea of adding force to the chin support, then it worked out much better afterwards. Instruction was pretty terrible as it does not say very much, especially about how to deflate it. I figured out that you are supposed to turn the little bike stem piece counter-clockwise to deflate it. The way this device provides traction is quite an ingenious approach. The front of the brace is pretty much fixed, and the rear bladder is held down by internal elastics. Inflation fills the bladder and elongates the elastic, causing the collar to expand vertically. My only issue with this brace is that it gets pretty hot underneath the collar in no time. As much as I would like to use it for longer, it just gets too warm too quickly. Right now it is summer, so hopefully in winter when it becomes cooler, I won't notice the heat as much.
