I followed the directions and no color changes occurred on my teeth. Did nothing but hurt my gums badly. Waste of money.

This product lightened my teeth about two tones on the chart. The directions said not to apply more than 14 days consecutively. No problem—only 9 days of solution was sent in the kit. I finished out the next 4 days using Peroxide and baking soda. I felt that did more than the purchased solution. My teeth are not straight in the front so the mouth piece didn't allow the solution to get between the teeth. I was able to get my peroxide and baking soda solution in the tight crevices using a cotton swab. I also think my teeth were another two tones whiter. So—I'm sticking with my homemade solution. It works better and MUCH less expensive.

Works, but does make teeth and gums sensitive.
