10x Cobbled Stone-effect Garden Lawn Edging

Difficult to put into place without breaking. Not very strong. They break easily especially when they have been in the garden for a few weeks as they become brittle. Strimmer puts hole in them instantly if they connect. Not a good purchase. Having to replace mine and I purchased a lot!!!

This product is low priced so don't expect too much. Main problem is the flat profile of the spike that has to be driven into the ground easily bends and can snap unless you are driving into perfect loamy stone free soil. This product could easily be improved by incorporating a reinforcing rib down the back.

Bought a box of these from Coopers of Storford catalogue and found I didn't have enough in one box to extend along the small egde of my lawn so when I saw these on Amazon from the same company I decided to buy another box. Imagine my surprise when the ones through Amazon turned out to be dark grey but the ones I had bought from Coopers of Stortford were light grey! There is nothing to say what shade of grey they are and they look light grey in the picture so was very disappointed.

Very pleased with the cobbled stone effect garden lawn edging. Just right for the garden giving some neatness and attractiveness.

These are very good for the price. As other reviewers have said, they are a bit flimsy and you need to be careful when knocking them in, particularly in dense soil. I used a narrow bulb trowel to make a pilot hole first, hammered that in and wiggled it round a bit.Because of the way they interlock, you need to start from the left, like in the picture.

I expected an edging that would have a stone effect but what I received was blue/grey in colour and looked completely un-natural in a garden setting. In addition the edging was very flimsy and very easily breakable when trying to insert them in to the earth. Unfortunately I bought a number of boxes and after inserting the first row decided to scrap them and seek something else. Cannot understand other positive reviews !

Although fragile for the garden they are fantastic for holding my stones back from my borders
