Pretentious Babble
I love Neutra's architectural style, but his writings are pseudo-intellectual babble, with very little reference to anything related to architecture.

hard to read but rewarding
i read this book for a paper i had to wright about Richard Neutra. If your native language isn't English it is really hard to read but if you go on you will find out that every word is written for a reason and that this book is a must read. Richard Neutra explains his vision about the fact that the human race can only survive if the man made world is formed by good design. Good design can only be made if the designer understands the physiological specialty's of mankind. How does sent work, how do we feel a room, how do we see color, why is tradition so hard to break away from, fresh air, how does are neurological system work,....By knowing all these aspects an architect can design the world to influence us on physiological scale in a positive way and thus make us more relaxed, at ease, healthier, activer,..... and thus give us better chances in survival.A must read for people serious about designing.

Introvabile
Considerando che si tratta di un'edizione non più in commercio, le condizioni del libro sono perfette. Le pagine sono leggermente ingiallite dal tempo, ma, considerando che è una vecchia edizione, per il resto sono perfette, praticamente nuovo.
