I have tried three times to return this item, every time return is rejected.The packaging is all dented and you cannot read the instructions, type is too small. My biggest complaint is the product is made in China and who knows what products are really used.

No instruction on how to use. Need more information. I had to punch holes then put serum on. I would ask for money back but throwerd bag away.

I was only sent 1 applicator and 8 bottles of serum. The applicator says disposable. I assume to only use it once. How do I get more?

Product came with NO instructions. It does not dispense the serum. It simply doesn't work. I wish I had read reviews before buying!

Applicator broke on the first use!😡. Returned product 7/3/24 through us mail and had to pay $8.30 for shipping😡😡
