I was looking for the perfect ivory colored, soft pillow case. I was so happy to find what I was looking for, and for it to be organic cotton, was more than perfect!

I prefer bedding that is as chemical free as possible. I have 3 sets of natural, undyed-unbleached, certified 100% organic cotton pillowcases/sheets from different manufacturers. They all look and feel slightly different. These 21x30 inch standard pillowcases have an envelope closure. They looked almost linen-like when I took them out of the environmentally friendly packaging. 100% cotton wrinkles when washed and dried. That's the nature of cotton, and that's ok because my face is spending 8-hours a night on pure, natural, undyed, unbleached 100% certified organic cotton pillowcases vs. the alternative.

What throws them over the top is that they are Certified GOTS organic cotton.I chose this, in-large-part, because I was intrigued with the idea that it’s made of 100% GOTS verified organic cotton and was at a competitive price. Good value here. This has all the preconditions I want to spot in a pillowcase, as noted above. I bought this brand because it offers pillowcases with high standards. The fact these have GOTS certification proves that to me. This is a smooth, soft 100% organic cotton pillowcase made in India. I found this easy to wash and noticed babies (yes, I have multiple) were comfortable, moving their hands back and forth to feel the cool smooth texture. This cotton weave is a lightweight fabric, crisp + cool, versus flannel, which is warmer and fuzzier, and jersey, which offers stretch. The pillowcase handled the drier nicely, so, I have been getting away with not having to iron. I really appreciate the attention to details that were placed in the design and manufacture of these pillowcases. I do not see babies developing sweaty heads from sleeping on these cotton pillowcases. But a word of caution, most pillowcases I bought had pockets, to tuck the pillowcases in. Keeping in mind the considerations noted, I still give an enthusiastic two (2) thumbs up. I would select these bed pillowcases again, as they are helpful and healthy products that help me in my efforts to care for my babies. Again, I received two (2) pillowcases for less than the price of a single average sheet. While these are GOTS certified 100% organic cotton.Weight(4½) ounces per pillowcase.I would select this again.

All of my pillow cases are aging (although still functional). This 2-pack provided a welcome addition to my nightly sleeping experience. I have had allergies all of my life & usually wake up snorting and blowing to clean out my head. These pillow cases have afforded me a little extra relief in my morning routine. Very Comfy and Cool (as far as channeling heat away from your head). If you have allergies, these pillow cases are perfect for you.

Wrinkle too much

These are soft and work well for the pillows. My biggest issue is that they do some pilling after multiple washes, still soft, but not what I expected with the price tag. Other than that, there is no smell, they are soft and comfortable and don't seem to hold heat. Nice cases.

These feel so soft and comfy. The colors are as pictured and I'm happy with the overall structure of the pillow cases.

These GOTS certified organic cotton pillow cases are soft and odor free. They are also free of any dyes or bleach. This set from Organic cotton mart is a bit thinner and not brushed for softness like another brand of organic cotton pillowcases sold on Amazon that I recently reviewed. This set is still nice and comfy and well sewn. They came through the wash intact with no loose threads. They need a bit of ironing - they are cotton after all. These are a good value and I expect them to be durable.
