La Chimera [Blu-ray]

Great film which we are still thinking about days later. Good music too starting with Monteverdi.

Terrific, intelligent film by an excellent director. Well worth a watch.

Great expectations dashed, not for the first time with a Curzon disc, as there are no translations of the special feature conversation with the director. English subtitling for the main feature and the trailer only. Not what I would expect of a film which did so well at Cannes.

You must watch it

The main point of him being an ex con and looking in graves for the portal to his dead girlfriend were nt obvious. I only knew that from reading about it.. But if you are learning Italian worth watching.
