Author's oil, green fruity with notes of apple, pear, green banana, fresh grass, green almonds and citrus-like are present in our oil. Its entrance is sweet and elegant. Almost Imperceptible bitterness, the pleasant peppery of medium persistence. The aftertaste is very fruity, dominating sweet fruit, green banana, and subtle touches of green almond. It is an oil characterized by its harmony, complexity and balance in its sensorial notes.
