Used these off an on for awhile as preventive care for yeast infections and, BV. I use them on days we have sex as we don’t use condoms and, he throws off my PH also only before bed because of frequency of use and, I don’t like it to leak out during the day.

This is great product to have in the medicine cabinet for times when feel like you feel like you could use a little bit of a feminine hygiene reset. Although they are safe to use as part of a daily routine, I prefer to use them on an as desired basis. Capsules are slightly large but are very smooth and easy to insert without discomfort. All natural ingredients free from unnecessary preservatives, fillers,and dyes.

I've used these for 3 days, and my vagina is highly smellier than before use!They are to be inserted into the vagina at bedtime. Not taken by mouth.3 stars for effort. But these fail the test!👎I will NOT order these again.
