I'm giving the COMPANY a 5 star, as the chair didn't work for me personally. I'm 5'4 and about 220 lbs, so I have short legs and torso. Upon sitting in the chair initially, it just HUGS you like a baseball glove. *sigh* There's tons of cushion in the seat, which would be just great for me and my broken self. However, you need to be taller and heavier to use the chair. Heavier, because I couldn't get it to tilt back for anything. Taller because I couldn't stay in the back of the chair as my legs are too short. The COMPANY didn't hesitate to remedy this for us. They refunded us promptly and only asked that we find a charity to donate it too. We found a VET who is 6'1, and heavier and he said it's just perfect. He loves the chair, and I'm sure would give the CHAIR 5 stars. WE love the company. Thank you to Mr Wards of Bonum. Wonderful business ethics.

(Husband review) I loved this chair for the size, the comfort, and the easy setup to make. Sadly, after a little less than 2 years the screws... only 2 screws to hold the back part of the chair popped loose. Now I am a gamer, and a big guy around my hip and thighs... so all those narrow chairs do not work. I needed something like this to be comfortable as I played and did my writing.The 1 Star is for the quality that did not last because you only have 2 screws holding the back seat up...

As a big guy at 6'4 and 350lbs, I was hoping that this chair would be the solution and that some of the less than stellar reviews were anomalies, but sadly, they are true. The waterfall design of the front constantly makes it feel like you are leaning forward. I found myself more times than not leaning forward with my elbows on my desk because of the nature of my body posture. To correct this, I tried to enable the lean and constantly lean back. But the lean lever does not always work. The lean can get stuck and it sounds like the chair is breaking when a piece of metal oddly snaps against another piece of metal. I'm waiting for whatever that metal piece is to break off entirely one day. I have found that lowering the chairs height so my knees make more of a 90 degree angle can help to alleviate the falling forward sensation, but that makes the chair rather low to the ground for a tall guy like myself. The padding is not the best in the world either as you will feel your thighs going numb from time to time for long periods of sitting as the frame digs into your legs. I will say I was impressed to see a metal foot frame for the wheels, as most of the ones I have seen have been made out of plastic, or some fake chrome plating.As a side note, and I know this part is at no fault of the seller, FedEx is a terrible shipping company. After requesting the package be delivered to my local FedEx store 2 days prior to arrival, they still opted to deliver it to my front door. It was ripe for the picking as they box is quite large (about the size of a mid sized flat screen TV) all day just waiting to possibly get swiped.

The chair is very comfortable, it was very easy to assemble. The chair seems very durable but I can't really speak to whether it would hold 500lbs but at 5,8 and 290lbs I don't​ think anyone much bigger than myself would find this chair very comfortable. My main complaint is that it other than height it doesn't have much room for adjustment; also, it seems like you cant sit quite as far back as other chairs making it feel a bit less comfortable than I would like otherwise I second what another reviewer wrote about this chair being no bigger than your average office chair.

The chair is uncomfortable to sit in and can't be recline easily. At its loosest setting it is difficult to get the chair to recline and even more difficult to keep reclined. They promote their chair on its seat having a waterfall type front. I must confess I am a much larger than the normal person. My wife, is normal sized and still found the chair seat uncomfortable The waterfall type front makes it so there is an inadequate seating area. I will never use it. Hopefully Goodwill can find someone who wants it.

Biggest POS I've ever bought on Amazon... the top rest literally broke off from the bottom half... the Cushions sucked anywayIn general the whole product is worth about 50$ and nothing more... I've already ordered a different chair

This is the NASCAR of seats, I happen to be a big man and demand comfort. This chair does that it reclines, goes up and down and lets you melt into its comfort. It has a wide base so that not to tip when leaning to pick up fallen objects very nice.

Very comfortable and really enjoy the Huch back, not very many are true high back chairs, but this one is the real deal
