blows cool air, excellent customer service
Update: After my initial review, the company reached out and said that the water leakage was probably from the bottom reservoir overflowing. Since I had not received any instructions with my purchase, I did not know there was a bottom reservoir. They sent me the manual and I drained the bottom and it has been working well ever since with no further leakage. Excellent customer service.Original: First off, there was no instruction manual in the box, so I was left with reading the minimal instructions on the box. It says it holds 1500 ml of water, mine is overflowing at about 1200-1250 ml. And water inconsistently leaks from the bottom, I have had puddles under it until I put it in a shallow pan. Now the water accumulates underneath in the pan. If you tip it at all, it leaks even more but that is understandable (but did not expect leaking when upright). It is not consistent so can't figure out what makes it leak. The remote works great and it does put out cool air right in front of the machine. It looks nice and is attractive. So mostly I am using it sitting in a pan and only when I am right in front of it, would not trust overnight or just on a table, nightstand or floor.

Supplemental Heat Relief
This is the first one of these I've ever had.I just got it today. It's interesting.I've got it hooked up to a 30000 mah power bank (I have a few of those power banks & some larger ones) Copilot says if it only draws 7 watts of power (1) 30000 mah power bank will keep it going 4+ hours. It's 90+ degrees outside & 77 inside of my house.I have (1) 13,000 BTU ac & my house is too large for it & 77 inside when it is 90+ outside is best it can do (in the back room it is closer to 80).I'm tempted to buy another portable ac that is HOA compliant, but the power bill is holding me back on that (the power to run it is more expensive than the unit itself). It's supposed to be 90+ next few days.I may buy some more of these & just use them as supplemental heat relief... I'm going to run this for a while longer before buying more to make sure it doesn't break or have issues that takes a few weeks to surface. So far so good.It doesn't seem to lower a rooms temperature, but it sure does feel good on your skin.

easy to use
This comes with detailed instructions that were easy to understand. It unit is easy to use and works well. It isn't going to cool a room in the summer, but it does cool the area around a desk or by the bed. I really liked that it is very quiet. I set it by the bedside and set the timer. The remote is easy to use as well. I did appreciate the water tank access being at the top. The cooling does occur by misting, so there is condensation in the unit. You will see water in the tank at the bottom but I didn't have any issues with leaking.

The amount of air that blows out of it is great! I have it in our kitchen where we don't get air and it works great!Super easy to use, light weight. It looks great I love that the lights change color and they are not too bright!

Great for camping
I have mixed feelings about this air cooler. I do like the small size, you can take MOST anywhere. It has pretty powerful air output for its size and it will keep you much cooler in outside summer heat. I like the remote feature and the lights give it a nice modern touch. The water tank hold water a long while especially if running in just natural air mode. The directions were straight forward. Basically if you want super cold air the "snowflake" button and natural air with no water mist use the "fan" mode. My disappoints were, it's not 100% portable, meaning, it's not chargeable, you must have power supply, so off grid camping or with no electric supply it won't work. Plus it doesn't give you the prong part for electric supply, the cord only has USB you must supply your own prong. In Cold air or "snowflake" mode, it will gave quite a bit condensation on the front. There is a drip tray for this however, it builds up on the front panel and will drop on surfaces. I felt the chargeable fault was my own for not reading description thoroughly so I didn't feel the need to knock any stars, the condensation and the price for it I felt lacked a five star review. When I ordered this it was on sale for $50 with normal price $99, even sale price in my opinion is a bit much considering I have chargeable fans that I take camping that do quite well for less. They don't produce super chilled air, but they don't drop wSter everywhere either.... I think it will come very handy in some and possibly most uses, but not all. I would recommend it for average outings, not off grid camping or inside where water damage could be of issue.

Just okay
This is simple to use. Filling with water is easy. The remote is helpful. However, switching between modes doesn’t seem to work. If it’s turned on and filled with water but want a higher setting, I push the button either on remote or machine itself, and the lights flash and then it turns off. I found if I turn power on then press the higher mode quickly that I can get it to stay on but there’s definitely an issue here. When working it does cool but my other machine cools better. So it’s not the best but it does cool a bit. Not worth the price because every one of these types of machines I’ve had malfunction at some point.
